Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping for Perishable Goods: To ensure your products arrive fresh, we may use insulated packaging and expedited shipping methods. We may limit shipping to certain days of the week to avoid packages being in transit over weekends. We do not ship to P.O. boxes (Post Office boxes).
- Risk of Loss and Delivery: You are responsible for being available to receive your shipment. Responsibility of loss or spoilage transfers to you once the shipping carrier delivers the package to your address. We are not responsible for spoilage due to packages left unattended or incorrect delivery addresses you provided.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
- Perishable Items: Due to the perishable nature of our food products, and risk of contamination and/or tampering, we do not accept returns on any items.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it by phone (224) 223-8066 or email karl@getfarmersmarket.com. Please include your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, may offer a replacement product or a refund to the original payment method.
- Non-Perishable Items: For hardware items that do not spoil (e.g., knives, cutting boards), you may request a return within 14 days of receipt if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
