Prairie Egg Bites with Cheese

Serves 6

 

Ingredients

• 3 1-oz Apex Wild Game Bison Sticks, thinly sliced
• 10 eggs, beaten
• 6 oz Dutch Style Smoked Gouda, shredded
• 2 tablespoons minced chives (optional)

 

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line the muffin pan with 12 silicone cups.
2. Divide the sliced sticks among the 12 muffin cups. Pour eggs over the sticks and sprinkle with chives.
3. Bake for 20 minutes or until eggs are firm.  Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on top.  Let sit for five minutes and serve.
