Italian sausage flatbread topped with tomatoes, mozzarella, and pesto.

Ingredients
6 flatbreads of your choice such as Pita bread, Naan bread
12 oz Roasted Garlic Summer Sausage, sliced into thin rounds
6 oz Classic Italian Cheese Blend or Bruschetta Mozzarella, shredded
3 whole plum tomatoes, sliced thin
Pesto sauce for dipping (optional)
Instructions
Preheat an oven to 325 degrees. Place the flatbread on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Add the sausage and tomatoes.Heat until the sausage and tomatoes are warm, about 15 minutes.
Remove the flatbread from the oven and sprinkle with the shredded cheese.Put them back into the oven for 4 minutes until they are slightly melted. Serve with pesto if desired.
